Short Biography
Dr. Ir. Ignatius Pulung Nurprasetio, MSME is an associate professor in Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (FTMD), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He obtained his bachelor’s degree in 1982 and doctoral degree in 2012 both in Mechanical Engineering from ITB and received his master’s degree in 1988 from the University of Michigan, US. Pulung handles the courses in Introduction to Engineering Analysis, Numerical Analysis, Basic of Mechanical Vibration, Introduction to Control Systems, Theory of Ground Vehicles, Signals and Systems, Applied Engineering Mathematics, System Dynamics, Measurement, Signal Processing, and Applied Statistics. His current research interest is on Condition-Based Maintenance, Structural Health Monitoring, and Design and Prototyping.
